Premier League Hockey: Panthers continue winning streak with victory over Bathurst City | Lithgow Mercury

PANTHERS ladies have continued their winning streak in the Premier League Hockey competition after a 4-2 win over Bathurst City at home on Saturday. Despite their undefeated title, coach Mick Millar says there’s still plenty to work on. “The girls took some time to get into the game, it was quite scrappy at times with basics letting us down several times,” he said. “There was too many unforced errors and turnovers for my liking. “We tried to go too direct at times, where if we were to work the ball and use the full width especially in defence, we certainly had the chance to have more control and in turn opportunities.” Millar said when the ladies had opportunities in the circle they weren’t always taking the…
