Body located in Grose Valley believed to be missing Blackheath woman | Lithgow Mercury

A body, believed to be that of a woman missing from Blackheath, has been located in the Blue Mountains. The 54-year-old woman was last seen in the vicinity of Evans Lookout Road, Blackheath, at about 6am on Monday, May 3. She was reported missing to officers from Blue Mountains Police Area Command, who had commenced inquiries into her whereabouts. Following a land and air search of the surrounding area, a body was located in the Grose Valley near the Valley View Lookout at about 10.30am on Tuesday, May 4.
