2 YEAR OLD CHILD AIRLIFTED TO WESTMEAD CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL

A 2 year old Sydney boy was flown to hospital in Sydney late yesterday (Saturday 10th April) after suffering head injuries in a fall at a property near the Turon river, north of Lithgow.

Multiple emergency services were called after the young boy tripped on a log and fell, sustaining a head cut.

Following initial treatment by Ambulance Paramedics, the 2 year old was then flown by Rescue Helicopter to hospital for observation.

He was reportedly in a stable condition upon arrival.
